I provide nutrition and lifestyle coaching to women and families with a focus on mindfulness and a whole-person approach. Topics include meal planning, mindful eating, being an informed consumer, exercise counseling, and stress management. Sessions are customized to fit your unique goals and circumstances. Together we will work to set specific, realistic goals that will help you attain a healthier lifestyle.
